Let's be straightforward about geography, because it's the question everyone asks. Elvenwood has one home: a 17,400 sq ft factory and Experience Centre together in Bommasandra Industrial Area, in the far south of Bangalore. We do not run a chain of neighbourhood showrooms dotted around the city, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we do run is a factory-direct model that lets us serve every part of Bangalore from that single location — and for modular interiors, that turns out to be an advantage rather than a limit.
Here is how a project actually reaches your home. It starts with a design consultation — either a free site visit, where a designer comes to your flat or villa to measure and photograph the space, or a walk-through at our Experience Centre if you'd rather see full-size kitchens and wardrobes before deciding. From those measurements we produce a 3D design and an itemized quote. Once you approve it, your kitchen, wardrobes and other units are manufactured at the Bommasandra facility on Italian Biesse CNC machinery, where panels are cut, edge-banded and drilled to the millimetre. Because modular furniture is made in panels and pre-assembled modules, it transports cleanly: the finished units are loaded onto our own transport and driven to your address.
Then our own installation crew fits everything on site and walks you through a final quality check. The crew that built your interiors is the crew that installs and, later, services them — there are no third-party carpenters in the chain, whether your home is in HSR Layout twenty minutes away or in Yelahanka on the far north edge of the city. The value here isn't a showroom on your street. We have one location, the Experience Centre and factory in Bommasandra, but our service is citywide — distance from the factory does not change your price or our process.
I'm in North or West Bangalore — can you still deliver?
Yes. Modular furniture is made in flat-pack and pre-assembled modules at our Bommasandra factory, loaded onto our transport, and driven to your home — Hebbal, Yelahanka, Rajajinagar, Malleshwaram or anywhere else in the north and west. Our own installation crew then fits everything on site. We have completed and serviced projects across the city this way, so a longer drive from the factory is simply logistics we plan for, not a limit on where we work.
Where is your showroom and factory?
Our Experience Centre and 17,400 sq ft factory are together at one address in Bommasandra Industrial Area, in far south Bangalore, open every day from 10 AM to 9 PM. It is the single place where you can see full-size kitchens and wardrobes, name-check materials, and watch how modules are made. We do not run branch showrooms in other areas — instead we bring the design consultation to your home and deliver the finished interiors to you, anywhere in Bangalore.
How much does a modular kitchen cost?
A straight modular kitchen starts at ₹1.5 Lakh, an L-shaped or parallel kitchen at ₹2.5 Lakh, a U-shaped kitchen at ₹3.5 Lakh, and an island kitchen at ₹5 Lakh. Every quote is itemized line by line — carcass, shutters, hardware, countertop — so the number you approve is the number you pay, wherever in Bangalore you live.
What does full-home interior cost by BHK?
A 2BHK full-home interior typically ranges from ₹5 Lakh to ₹12 Lakh, and a 3BHK from ₹6 Lakh to ₹15 Lakh, depending on scope, materials and how much loose furniture and décor you include. Your itemized quote prices each room separately, so you can stage the work or adjust the specification room by room.
What is the delivery timeline to my area?
Our published reference is around 45 days from design sign-off to handover, and that holds across most of Bangalore because production happens in our own factory. Homes farther from Bommasandra add a little transport and scheduling time rather than weeks — we lock a realistic handover date for your specific address before production begins, so the timeline you are quoted is the one we plan to.
Do you do site visits across the city?
Yes. Free, no-obligation site visits are part of how we work everywhere in Bangalore. A designer comes to your home — south, central, east, north or west — to measure the space, photograph the rooms, and talk through layouts on the spot. If you would rather come to us, the Experience Centre in Bommasandra is open every day, 10 AM to 9 PM.
What warranty do you offer?
A flat 10-year warranty on every piece of modular furniture we install — kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage. It covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and structural issues. Because everything is made and serviced from our own Bommasandra factory, service visits anywhere in Bangalore are handled by the same team that built your interiors.
